We aim to complete all deliveries within four to six weeks. We will contact you with delivery details.
When ordering please be advised of the following:
Standard deliveries are 1 man, curb side deliveries. The delivery driver may require assistance offloading heavy and/or bulky items.
Some products are heavy and may be delivered via the pallet network.
You must inspect the goods prior to accepting them from the delivery company.
If products are missing or damaged, you must not reject the goods but accept delivery as part delivery.
Make a note of which items are missing on the delivery company’s receipt documentation and contact Monkey Puzzle Playgrounds within 48 hrs.
Our system will not check the address you enter, so it is important that you enter the delivery address carefully.
